Description:
Tobacco pipe made of porcelain with constricted cylinder bowl, flat bottom without heel and short up going stem widening in a disc-shaped stub continuing with a narrowed stem end with porcelain locking ring. Bowl in gold leaf between rounded broad lines along the top and bottom of the bowl on a hillock to the left turned pipe smoker with toothed hat, behind him a gnarled tree stump with short branches. Stem and cuff completely gilded. |
