Printing block of brass (wood block missing) for a pipemakers’ mark, so-called copper carving with standing oval mark crowned 51 on the left of the center held by a seated virgin, a lion on either side, above the mark Gouda coat of arms with ribbon underneath with "PER ASPERA AD ASTRA" , under the brand oval " GOUDSE PIJPE " and under the plate on a semicircular ribbon "JAN PRINCE & Co. IN GOUDA". |
